The steps to successful financing:Mortgage Planning Interview: This first step is designed to help me understand what’s really important to you and how you’d like financing a home or investment property to fit with your financial goals.  A lot like “window shopping” I like to keep this informal and very stress-free, providing you with all the information you’ll need to make an informed decision.Getting Pre-Approved: Once you’re comfortable with the outcome of the above, the loan pre-approval process is simple… After gathering information about your current finances, I can complete a loan approval quickly… usually at the time we complete your application.  And this approval is important to provide to Matt should you decide to make an offer on a property, showing the seller you’re prepared and serious.Managing Your Purchase: Once you have an accepted-offer for your purchase, it’s my job to coordinate all details of the transaction with Matt.  Here our goal is to keep you well informed. You won’t have to worry about anything except “finding boxes and packing”.Staying In Touch: Once your purchase has “closed” and you’re comfortably moved in, I like to stay in touch to make sure that your payment processing is setup correctly and…to be available to answer any questions you might have.

It is my personal philosophy that meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of my clients is a privilege, and one that I take very seriously. I take great pride in serving my clients with the same professional care and attention that I would want for my own family.
